We had a recent CQC inspection at the surgery and the inspector remarked on the High standard of the cleaning and couldn’t find anything out of place from the colour coded cleaning equipment to the cleaning materials to the risk assessment and the health & safety manual provide for our own personal cleaner Kate, and when holidays or even sickness happens we are covered by a relief cleaner who covers the shifts and time needed.
