At the pre-agreed prices our cleaning staff can order washroom supplies as they will know when you are running short and can advise on the best types of consumables and more often than not, provide it cheaper than you are currently paying for it.
We would help you towards a minimum target of 50% general waste, and ideally, moving nearer to just 30%.
Cardboard waste bins in your office to help separate plastics, paper and cans.
These targets are easily achievable and our advice on the matter is available to all our clients in order that your business can help reduce its Carbon Footprint.

A lot of workplace bacteria, viruses and cross contamination can come from phones, keyboards and other IT Hardware.
We can put together a schedule to include your IT equipment on a regular cycle, and provide advice on antiseptic wipes.
Depending on footfall and usage you a regular pre-planned programme or a simple ‘response’ service may suit your business.
Different types of carpets require different methods, and can be arranged to take place over weekends, overnight, or at any time to suit you.
In our experience we have found a lot of businesses are not happy with their Window Cleaners who can seem to turn up as and when and go through the motions.

High Level Cleaning
We would highly recommend a minimum of an annual high level; light fittings, high ledges and sills, high doors etc which can often be overlooked.
We have all the equipment need for high-level cleaning and are fully Health & Safety compliant and trained in carrying out the tasks needed.
A deep clean could be a one-off or as part of a contract cleaning service which could be carried out once or twice a year... a ‘Spring Clean’ so to speak.
Deep cleaning could involve moving furniture etc, to really get to all those places that may not need regular cleaning but over time become a must and our staff are fully trained and industry compliant with any chemical cleaning that may be needed in a deep clean.
End of Tenancy Clean
